Access to YourInformation
You can access all the Information by contacting us and requesting it. If there is a factual error in the Information, you can correct it by sending us a request that credibly shows the error. To protect your privacy and security, TeleSpectra will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

You have agreed, as part of the Terms and Conditions, that TeleSpectra may monitor any and all transmissions sent using TeleSpectra's Internet services, including the content of communications.
