Telespectra's Executive Team is committed to evolving Telespectra from an emerging leader to a trend setter by bringing combined technologies and services that focus on helping customers increase productivity and revenues.

Jeff Hardesty, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hardesty joined Telespectra in early 2005 with over seventeen years of finance experience in the telecommunications industry as an operator, investor, and investment banker for cellular, PCS, rural local exchange carriers, inter-exchange carriers, and fixed wireless companies. Just prior to Telespectra, Mr. Hardesty served as Chief Financial Officer for Extend America, a Nextel service provider. In addition, he was Managing Director at Koch Ventures, and Vice President at First Union Capital Markets leading the investment of $1.5 billion of growth and acquisition capital in more than 50 telecommunications and media companies. Mr. Hardesty holds a M.B.A from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Larry P. Reback, Chief Operating Officer. Larry joined Telespectra after serving as principal of GMR Partners - a firm providing interim CxO services to venture backed and emerging growth technology companies in the wireless, internet and telecommunications industries. Prior to GMR, Larry founded GuideComm Systems, Inc., a consulting and systems integration company that he grew to $20M+ revenue prior to merging with a $4B publicly traded consulting firm. Additionally, Larry served in management positions in e.Spire, MCI WorldCom, and the US Army Signal Corps. Larry has a BS in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Masters of Engineering in high speed networking from NC State University and an MS in Computer Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Frank Croan, Vice President of Strategic Planning. Mr. Croan joined Telespectra in 2002 and has over thirty years experience in telecommunications engineering, operations, business planning, and telecommunications regulation and law. Prior to joining Telespectra, Mr. Croan led the formation and growth of competitive telephone companies for Time Warner Telecommunications, Cox Communications, and Teleport Communications Group.

John Stine, Director of Sales. John joins Telespectra with 22 years of sales and sales management experience spanning the IP, VoIP, CLEC, CAP and IXC carrier and enterprise markets with companies such as iPass, e.spire, PointOne, MFS and ITT. With a strong history of aggressive revenue growth, market development and progressive management experience John served as one of the principals of UniFi Wireless, Vice President of Wholesale Services for e.spire Communications and Sr. Director of Global Carrier Sales for iPass, Inc. John graduated with a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia University and is a cellist with the Loudoun Symphony Orchestra.
