INTERNET SERVICES AGREEMENT ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Introduction
TeleSpectra provides Internet access services (the "Services") to its customers ("Users") and seeks to create and foster an online community
that can be used and enjoyed by all Users. To further that goal, use of the Services is subject to the following rules. ANY USER WHO
DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP USE OF THE SERVICES. TELESPECTRA RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL A USER'S ACCOUNT FOR VIOLATING THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY ("AUP").
User understands that all information, data, text, software, sound, graphics, video, or other materials ("Content"), transmitted over the
Services, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all
Content that you send, post, host, or otherwise make available via the Services. TeleSpectra does not control the Content posted via the
Services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality or appropriateness of such Content for any particular viewer.
Illegal Activity and Inappropriate Content
User shall only use the Services for lawful purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, as long as TeleSpectra is supplying the Services to User,
User represents and warrants that User shall not use the Services to (1) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks
connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Services; (2)
intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law; (3) in any way violate or infringe upon any privacy right, right of publicity, or any
other right of any person or entity; (4) send, post, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, vulgar,
obscene (including child pornography), libelous, or invasive of another's privacy; (5) harm minors in any way; (6) impersonate any person or
entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent affiliation with a person or entity; (7) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in
order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Services; (8) send, post, or otherwise make available any Content that
you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information,
proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); (9)
send, post, or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of
any party; (10) send, post, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters,"
"pyramid schemes," or any other form of unauthorized solicitation; (11) send, post, or otherwise make available any material that contains
viruses, worms or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer
software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (12)"stalk" or otherwise harass another.
User is solely responsible for determining the legality of his or her data that is stored or transmitted. TeleSpectra reserves the right to remove
User's illegal material from its servers and to immediately terminate the Services provided to a User, whether or not such User has actual
knowledge of such unlawful activity.
Users may not use the Services to attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes, but
is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the User, logging into a server or account the User is not expressly authorized to access,
password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weakness, or violation of any other organization's security policy.
Security
You are responsible for any misuse of the Services, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest,
employee, customer or any other person with access to the Services. Therefore you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain
unauthorized access to the Services.
Users may not attempt to interfere with or deny service to any user, host or network. This includes, but is not limited to, flooding, mail
bombing, or other deliberate attempts to overload or crash a host or network.
Electronic Mail
Users of TeleSpectra Internet Services are prohibited from using Unsolicited Commercial Email and Unsolicited Bulk Email as a means of
advertising. Infringement of this policy can result in termination of the Services. Users and affiliates will be held responsible for the actions of
their employees in this matter, so it would be best for Users to implement a similar or stricter policy.
Customer acknowledges and understands that TeleSpectra is providing wireless Internet services and customer is bound by and
will comply with this AUP. The AUP may be revised from time to time, and is available for review at: www.telespectra.com or at
such other address as TeleSpectra may specify by posting or email notice. Violations of this AUP may be reported to
